Hi a few days ago i came across a small hard lump, about 5mm wide, on my left testicle. It is located at the top and seems to be attatched to the epydermis by some sort of cord. I know the lump isnt inside my testicle as i can move it around but not completely due to the cord. I was just wondering what this may be or if anyone else has the same problem. Thanks

Its probably just a cyst. I have several of them on one testicle and like yours they can be moved around. Its much more worrisome if a lump is actually attached to the testicle. To be safe I would still recommend having a urologist check it out.
