I recently quit Yasmin about 4 days ago and my period came yesterday for the 2nd time in a month.I JUST had my period May 6th!...I know its normal to get one after quitting but will this last long? What should I expect now?

Your body is adapting to the change in hormones, so I don't believe that your bleeding is unusual. It's kind of the reverse to what you started. I hear it can take up to a year for your body to completely adjust and get back to possibly become preg. I dont think you will bleed for more then a month. If you don't feel right or you are really worried call your doctor's nurse and see what can help you!

I don't think so, I think once your body clears the hormones out, you should reguate.

I had no choice but to stop..My mother accidently through my pack out & I was unable to get a new refill & just decided then & there that I wanted to quit all together..I started BC b/c I have very irregular periods & have been on for about 6 months now.

Well after quitting BC back in May my periods were on time every month,up until recently,I havent had one in almost 2 months.Is this normal for someone who had irregular periods,went on BC,started getting them monthly and then went back to irregular?
