Hi

Im 19 years old, slim build. my upper body is nicely toned and my girlfriend loves it, but my legs are skinny and gangly, and im so embarrased by them. i have to be so picky with jeans, i have to buy baggy fit ones so it doesnt show how skinny my legs are?!

I lead a busy lifestyle, i work 9-5, and go out most nites, so i dont really have time to work out. Is there any way i can make my legs look more muscelly or less skinny?!

Any advice appreciated :)

Well the only way you are going to add muscle and size to your legs is to change your lifestyle. Your are going to have to dedicate yourself to a workout program and a diet that is going help build muscle. It is easy to do working 9-5, but impossible to do if you are going to go out nearly every night. So to answer your question, it can be done, but it cannot be done with dedication and a change of life style. That is a choice you will have to make. If you want to go ahead with he exercise and diet I will gladly help you. Just post over in the exercise and fitness forum.

Hey I had heavy thighs and really skinny legs. Then I started working out and realized that when I trained my thighs became slimmer and my calves became bigger. Of course they are only going to get so big however, when I wear skirts now people tell me I have nice legs. It is not so much that I have nice legs, they are just more balanced now. Go heavy on calf exercises and they will get bigger.

My legs get thin without exercise. I don't think thin legs are so bad on a guy but everyone seems to want women's legs to be the shapely ideal.

Exercise bike, calf raises, and walking. Other than that, I just don't think you can change your legs that much.
