Ok, i'm so sorry about all the threads i'v posted, but i'm new here and only recently been diagnosed Bipolar (as mentioned in other threads), and i was just curious what are the symptons of bipolar? I'm just thinking that i'm going to get stressed and then i'l get depressed or i'l go manic (and i sort of know them symptons). I'm scared because i just been through my initial severe depression and manic episode and i dont think i could cope with it if i had to go through it again if it was that severe (infact i couldnt cope). I ges i'm kinda hoping it wont be as bad.
I know you're probably thinking why dont i read up on it or ask my pdoc, but i get anxious and upset when i read up about the illness because i see it from such a negative perspective.
I just thought that everybody here is coping with their illness and have more experince of symptons and how to cope, that its much better than reading it in a book and being told this, this, and this will happen to you and this big percentage of people have relapse and suffer this and that, its just so depressing, (sorry for the thising and thating).
I'm aware that i can get mood swings and i do get a few of them (thanx coffegirl for letting me know what they are :) ), but i was just wondering what i should look out for and what could be possible triggers.
I know its different for everyone, but like i said before, my first experiences were so horrible and traumatic that i am really scared now of how severe my next episodes,(if i have any) will be.
Thanx for reading my post and i hope i'm not annoying anyone with all my threads and posts, thank you.
xx
