Does anyone know how to easy the withdrawal part? Sponsor benzogirl 05-25-2006, 01:19 AM i have been a ridiculous coffee addict for years. i now drink very little, and i make it quite weak. this is a very easy deal to do. simply make your coffee a little weaker for a week at a time, then a little weaker the next week. the trick is to taper, not to go cold turkey, because you'll get headaches and feel alot of fatique. if you buy your coffee at starbucks or somewhere that it is really strong, buy a smaller size, or just drink 2/3 of the cup. if you drink a pot a day, cut out two of the cups each day for a week, and so on. you get the idea. btw, coffee releases adrenaline from your adrenal glands into your system, giving you the rush. this is why you will feel fatiqued and headachey if you cut it too quick, or cut it all out at once. you will start to feel more natural energy once you start drinking less. this is the easiest addicton to give up. good luck! AppleCore 05-25-2006, 10:33 PM Thank you, I never though of making it weaker. heh. :) |
