2 days ago I had what you would call a tachycardia which lasted 3 hrs, called my Dr and he told me to tke a xanax to settle down. He asked what I had been doing, I told him I went to the gymn that am for 45 minutes, went shopping, stopped at Starbucks for a scone and a mocha, had not had anything to eat all day and it was noon, drank half the mocha and ate the scone, my heart clicked it seemed and raced up to 187, by the time I got home is was 167 and it took 3 hrs to get to 80. He said I had a hypoglycimic episode, fatigue, sugar combination. I always seek out sweets and then get into a state of anxiety for a couple hours after, which is what happened. He told me I was hypoglycemic and I said I wasn't but his lab reports show me heading in that direction. Glucose is around 74, do you think I'm heading there? My glucose goes from 80 to 70 and lately the last 3 months it is in the low 70 and with the last few months I've experienced alot of fatigue, and depression(unusually I'm at the gymn everyday but not able to anymore)These are lab tests of blood from the vein no meters. Should I be concerned or need further testing?
