Help! I am 13 weeks pregnant and just got over a bad cold. Now my allergies have kicked in. I have major PND and a sore throat. It is horrible since I can't do much to help my symptoms.

I have been taking Sudifed and it is a joke. It doesn't help me one bit. Tylenol helps the throat for a bit, but I need something to help with the PND.

If anyone is currently pregnant or has been pregnant, did you suffer through season allergies, and what did you take to help your symptoms? I am about ready to try Benadryl. They say it is safe for pregnant women. Any other advice?

There are some prescription allergy meds that are safe for pregnancy. So I would see your doctor, and s/he can help you.
