I have been on thyroid replacement for 2 yrs last month my thyroid took a nose dive and I went into severe hypothyroidism, however some of my symptoms have not gone away, I have been getting really bad headaches with vomitting at night. Although I am feeling much better than I did I now feel like my blood sugar is going nutty, I picked up a glucose tester Fri I checked it all through the day before lunch it was 60-70 after lunch 140-150 and within a half hour it was back in the 70-68 range it has continued to do the same some readings after a meal are around 135-140, but they are consistenly dropping quick after eating I called doc and left a message about it and he never called me back, are these normal ranges I didn't know if this could be thyroid related or if its nothing to worry about.

Although your lower readings are very slightly on the low side (by only about 5-10 points), your post-meal readings aren't bad. Everyone, even non-diabetics, experience a blood glucose rise following meals. The fact that yours goes back to normal very quickly means you probably do not have diabetes.
