View Full Version : Day 2

I've always been more of a lurker on this board than a poster. I am a chronic pain patient for more than 4 years and have been on something for this the whole time and than some. I get what the DR. would give me and whatever else I could get my hands on. I would take anywhere from 100 oxycodone 5mg pills (IR) to 25 8mg Diluadid a day. I know it's a huge habit Today is day 2 for me. Actually 55 hours since my last dose. Cold turkey. My supply ran out and have no more means of getting more. I have it made up in my mind that I am done. I feel okay just a little tired and lack of ALOT of energy. I'm sleeping good w/ the help of XanaX, I know another pill. I have never had a problem w/ these, I hate being lethargic.

When am I going to be really sick? Or am I in the middle of it now? Will it be worse tomorrow? Because if what I'm feeling now is it, this is going to be a piece of cake.

Please some feedback, I really need some support it now. Thx

Does it matter if my last dose on Tue morning was only 5 of the 8mg Diludad? That was the only thing I took that day. That was the last of the meds. The day before that was only 6 of the 8mg Diludad. Tried to kinda wean down a little. I'm just still really tired with a little bit of the runs. I have been sleeping since the last post. But I did go for a short walk with my daughter and played in her sandbox. It is just too muggy here to go out.

Thx for the help.

Hi Poo,

I cannot answer your questions as I haven't gone though w/d from Vicodin HP, but I wish you the best of luck in your quest to get this monkey off your back.
Bet wishes,
Elizabeth

Today is day 3, went back to work. Have been here for about an hour now. I'm feeling almost like yesterday but a little better. Let's see how the day goes.
