Ive had pain under my lower right ribcage for almost 2 months now. Sometimes it wont hurt at all and sometimes it hurts pretty bad. Its not really killing me to the point where it keeps me in bed but its really annoying me.
Your probably thinking its my gallbladder by now but I dont have any other symptoms that are associated with gallbladder problems. Wouldnt gallbladder problems produce some other symptoms? (No jaundice, nausea, fever, vomiting.)
(Also I read the risks for gallstones are Heredity, Age, Weight, and greater risks if your a Female. I have none of these.) The only problem its just pain. It sometimes radiates to my back.
Let me add that I went to the doctor and they did a Chest X-Ray and an abdominal X-Ray, plus they did some blood work. It all came back normal.
Is it possible for a muscle strain to last this long? Do I really need to go back to the doctor or just keep waiting and see if it goes away. Please give me some info on what this could be or if it might be something I need to worry about.
Thanks! :)

This is the kinda of pain I experienced with my gallbladder..sever pain into my right ribs and up through my back. Only when the stone completely closed off the bile duct did i turn yellow.
I'd push the DR for an ultrasound or something.........
I've been seeing a naturopathic dr since i had my GB out and she is working wonders with me....i had sooooooooo many complications post op it is brutal it's been almost 3 months and i am still having post op issues. they are really rare for it to be this bad though.
good luck and hope that you find an answer soon
