I constantly have a irritated feeling in the back and sides of my throat when swallowing.
I can't swallow without my throat feeling tight.
The food or whatever I drink even feels like it is just scraping down the sides and back of my throat everytime I swallow.
I know this might sound weird but when I wear shirts where the neck irritates and rubs the skin around my throat it tightens up and feels like there is a knot in my throat too.

Does anyone else ever feel choked even after eating just a very small few bites of food.
I can't hardly eat anything anymore without feeling like it is stuck at the back of my throat and even after drinking a full soda or glass of water or whatever the feeling like my throat is still clogged stays there for a few minutes maybe 15 minutes afterwards at the longest.
Please help what can I do. I can't eat anymore, I'm constantly scared of choking on my food.
