Anyone using the One Touch software that can be downloaded from Lifescan? Do you find it useful? I have been trying to download it but I keep getting a "please wait" message and nothing happens.

I have version 1 and have not downloaded version 2. It is quite helpful in that you can print reports to take in to your doctor, or analyze yourself.

Hi
I have both versions. The second version can not find my com ports, but version 1 is very good. I am able to give my Endo copies of the entire log book, the readings for 14 and 30 day comparisons, and graphs of whether I am staying in my goal ranges. This I like very much. If I ever upgrade to a newer meter I will be able to use the version 2 of it and use it the same way. I simply love it for doctor appointments. And the doctors think it is great. They say they wish their other patients would bring in as much detailed info for them. The download is not a problem for my computers. I downloaded it on several computers with different operating systems. They all work well.
