hi everybody! I was wondering if anybody had good advice on how to recover from stress. I had a very stressfull year and a half with exams, personal stress and too little sleep. Although I have time off now and sleep a lot I dont seem to be doing much better. its hard to descibe but it feels like I cant let go of the tension even now that everything has slowed down. Suggestions anyone? ;)

do moderate slow excercise over an extended period of time, stretching and yoga like excercises, meditate or spend time thinking about relaxing times, places, situations, don't eat sugary foods or drinks for a while, and finally get more than 8 hrs sleep for a while. All those will help your body and specifically your adrenals recover from a major stressful period.
