Hello~

Now I've been diagnosed with FM for a year.
and I'm learning how to live with it .
but sometimes it's very frustrating to face new things.
Just three days ago, I had bad calf muscle cramp at night time. It should had been a cramp that I could just shake it off to feel fine again before FM.
But now my muscle is still painful, I don't feel any knots but it feels like I have a really a bad one. I don't understand why just a night leg cramp isn't going away after few days of massages and hot packs, only reason I can think of is that somehow it has to to with my FM.

has anybody an answer to how I can ease the pain?
and is it something I have to see a doctor for?

thank you for reading and I would appreciate any help~
have a great holiday weekend all~

Hiya June,

Just to say if you go to page 2 you will see a topic has been started on this same thing - "Muscle Cramping Again" started by PollyGirl. Quite a bit of info there.

Hope this helps.
