I have had allergy problems on and off my whole life. I had shot when I was a teenager along with antihistamines and sprays. As I got older I haven't had as much trouble. To clarify this I mean its been livable, without continous drug therapy. I try to stay away from sudafed and such because I have anxiety and these make it worse. This year I am having a horrible time. My head feels like it is going to explode more often than not. I am fatigued stuffy itchy drippy...you name it I have it. I have had three Sinus infections in the past 4 months. I am not sure if it is ever going completly away. I will take antibiotics and seem to get mildly better but then it comes back. My DR has me on Zyrtec and Flonase which have alway worked i the past but I honestly can't even tell I am taking them now. She stated that if I came back again She was going to order a CT scan. I really don't want this, my hubby had to have one last year and it cost me 1400.00 after insurance due to deductible. I am not a wimp...I can usually get through bad bouts of this, but this time is wearing me down. It is also making my anxiety worse. Is there anything else that would work better than what I am taking. thanks in advance for your advice!!
