View Full Version : Any ideas?

I cant even say for sure that this belongs on this board. Last night I had an intense headache (but not a migraine), that almost felt in the middle of my brain (weird way of describing it :P). Every time I closed my eyes, my face would spasm. My whole body was shakey and "soft" lights killed my eyes. I had a really weird dissociation feeling, almost like i wasn't even real. The whole time I kept clenching my jaw and grinding my teeth unvoluntarily.

The whole thing started around 630pm, right after watching a movie in the theatre. It lasted all last night and I am still shakey today, but not having the spasms and only slight dissociation and jaw grinding. I woke uptoday extremely tired, barely could open my eyes. I also have a hard time walking without feeling dizzy, shakey, disoriented and nausous. I feel a bit better now, but I am worried because of my previous symptoms that started a couple of years ago; which included tics, spasms, visual agnosia, dissociation and deteriating eye sight.

Am i just a worrier? Any, and I mean any ideas of what is happening? I keep doing tests for the heart and lungs, as well as blood and urine tests...they all come back normal. Could this possibly be a neurological problem, with only heart and dizziness symptoms?

SGH

Well, considering the scope of and just the types of symptoms you are having and where you are actually having them ,I really would get in to see your doc as soon as possible for a full neuro eval.also having an MRI on the brain would possibly bring something to light.any symptoms that are really affecting the areas you have described really do just have to be thoroughly looked at by a doc.hope this is nothing serious.please keep me posted on just what you find out.your doc may also want to refer you to a neuro too.they would be able to do a much more in depth type of eval.but you can get the referral for the MRI right from your primary doc,and that would save alot of time if you are going to be seeing a neuro as he would send you for one anyway.Good luck, marcia
