I'm in need of advice about how I would go about finding a support network in the USA, local to Tuscaloosa AL. I'm visiting USA on 11th June for 3 months.... will be regular visits. If anyone knows of any support groups, or has any ideas how I would go about finding a support group, I would greatly appreciate advice.
