Hi Everyone -
I am new to this particular board and looking for someone with similar experience who might be able to help me better explain to my doctor what my symptoms are.
My suspicion -after talking with a neurologist (I have been dx'd with Multiple Sclerosis) is that this issue has to do with the pulmonic valve.
The symptoms are these: I sometimes feel as though all the air is rushing out of my lungs and when I try to inhale, it is difficult and feels as though I am breathing liquid. Additionally, I have pain directly to the left of my sternum, light-headedness, shortness of breath without exertion, and one time nearly blacked out with extreme pain...it felt as though my heart was being pulled to the center of my chest and was pounding like a drum.
The usual heart tests...EKG, treadmill, xrays, bloodwork...all come back normal. But we have never explored a potential issue with the pulmonic valve.
Any thoughts?
Your help will be HUGELY appreciated!!!
