I was just diagnosed with Esophageal spasm. I have had several attacks this fall. I was told that it has something to do with reflux...but I don't have this problem. And it can have something to do with stress and also because I have lost quite a bit of weight and my organs are "floppy" inside. So does anyone know really what causes it?
