I have been taking one packet of the powdered
Citrucel which is eqivelent to 1 Tablespoon.

I have been doing this for one week, but have not noticed a change. I am still constipated/bloated. Should I up the dose or does it take longer for your system do get used to it?

Can it cause more bloating initially?

Any tips would be much appreciated.

I had something similar and found that I wasn't taking enough water thoughout the day. The fiber would turn to cement inside (at least that was the doc's way of saying it). I needed to drink more fluids.
