What is considered "normal" caffeine intake for women of child-bearing age?

I tend to drink one small DD latte every other day, or one spoonful of nescafe along with lots of milk. And would drinking tea every day or so help balance things?

Regular Tea has caffeine. And one really shouldn;t do any caffeine...it is a stimulant after all.
