I'm 36 and have been taking Estratest since the age of 30 after having a hysterectomy due to endometriosis. Will I always have to take this drug? Right now I am seeing my regular MD for my gynelogical exams. Should I be visiting a gynelogical doctor for the Estratest, and gynelogical exams, etc.? I am at a loss. Could someone please advise me. I feel clueless. Everything I read contradicts one thing to another. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

You are always much better off with a doctor who is specialized, in my opinion. An MD has not really been trained or has much background in this area. Especially with your history, yes....I feel you should be going to a GYN.
