I'm going through the exact same thing. Like you my doctor says that everything checks out. I'm finding that watching my fat intake along with exercise on a daily basis (15-20Min)may do the trick for you. I walk for 1hr each day, drink lots of water and that works for me.Do exercises that you like. Start slow and work yourself up. Have fun with it. Regards D. Holloway.

I do feel a liitle pressure at times after the walk (AT FIRST). However, Give it some time. With me thats all it seem to take. These things take time to develope, they will take time to mend.I know the discomfort that you speak of. It's not a pleasant feeling(Almost scary at times). Regards.D.H.

I was diagnosed with esophageal spasm...which kind of sounds like what your describing. When I have these attacks (spasms), I will actually be sore for a week or two afterward and I have noticed that if I lift heavy things and strain to do it....that I will usually have a spasm attack sometime later on. I carried a bucket with ice melt in it up my stairs (5 gal bucket...should have had someone else carry it...but!!) and that night I had a bad attack. So I just try not to overexert myself by carrying things I really shouldn't. I haven't had another attack since Jan.!! Hope I don't have another any time soon too!!
