Can someone explain to me the purpose of chewing food but spitting it out instead of swallowing it? Just saw something on TV last night about it but I've never heard of it before. I only caught a few minutes of the show. It sounded like it was about someone eating their food then spitting it out without swallowing it. Is this a type of aversion therapy for people who want to stop eating something that's bad for them? Is it an eating disorder? Sorry if the question sounds stupid but I was too busy to sit down and watch the show last night.
Thanks

I don't know what this is... but it sounds to me like some sort of eating disorder. How bizarre.. what will people think of doing next!
