For the most part Bipolar is like walking a tight rope too much stress, not enough sleep, not eating right, a few missed doses, incorrect med-cocktail, a life trauma or just aging as bipolar wosens with time, can trigger a manic or hypomanic episode. It certainly leaves the door wide open for mistakes, misinterpreted meanings, hurt feelings, misunderstood actions.
I stop in every so often to see how the senior members are doing say hi or offer a few words of my own experiences. I see many people come here for no other reason I can think of expect to look for help or offer encouragment to others as I have done many times. I have noticed there are some here that respond with caring sincere emotions to one party yet repeatedly will ignore another even though that party has offered the same sincere encouragement as others have. Made me think if I was in those shoes My reply would be if there is anyone here I have ever offended in any manner what so ever, I did not mean to do so and I offer my sincere apologies. Thanks for letting me express my feelings, sometimes there are extremely bipolar and other times I dont have a clue where they comes from. : ) Kiehn

Hi, Kiehn  I am fairly new to this particular board while seeking support for my 14 year old daughter. It has been to say the least the most exhausting experience in my life in which all my time, emotions, body, mind and soul have been consumed trying to keep her life and mine afloat. I must say that if it weren't for the wonderful support here I don't know where I would be right now.
With that being said, I have read many other posts and feel rather inexperienced to address many threads since I am not Bipolar or have much experience myself. In fact at this point I am rather lost so offering any would not be considered very helpful. I love to help others with any and all experiences I have to share and have done so on other boards. This board is full of wonderful posters who have a wealth of experience as well as caring hearts.....I just had to say that and when I find that I can give back in anyway I intend to do just that. For now I just would like to thank you and everyone who come here and take the time out to offer the words of encouragement and support to those who feel the frustrations and sometimes agonizng feeling of defeat that often goes with being properly diagnosed and treated or being a family member, like myself, of somebody going through that entire process.
This is a wonderful place to express any kind of feeling, whether you're Bipolar or not, knowing that there is an array of people willing to acknowledge and share your concerns and give you support whether it be in the form or saying that they are peeking in or taking the precious time to post and share their experiences to help you through another day.
Thanks Kiehn for being one of those people

Hi Kiehn :)
It is good to see you around again. How you stated being Bipolar is so true, and the wording you used was to the 'T'. Kudos!
After reading your post, it was a bold step in stating your mind, and that is very courageous and honorable.
Hope to see you around more often.

Thanks very much to both of you for your feedback. Dont know about others but I cant stand to see a posting go unanswered. Times it's happened to me left me feeling like no one on earth cared at all. Thanks again and I'll try to remember to stop in more often.
