Just curious to know if anyone has used an over the counter antacid, like Maalox or Mylanta that DOES NOT CAUSE your bowels to uproar? The magnesium in these two products wreck havoc on me and I'm interested in finding something that works without making me late for work, if you know what I mean! I went to the pharmacy and searched the shelves only to find more of the same. There has to be something that works but doesn't aggravate the system. Am I dreaming? My mother always told me that I was a dreamer. :wave:

I can't help too much but....Tums doesn't have mag in it. Thats what I use and all that I use. As for OTC PPIs or H2 I cannot answer because I had reactions to all of them in some form or another. I think some people use pepto too. Not me though.
