My husband suffers frequently from bad headaches. He loves it when I massage his neck and scalp as it helps to relieve some of the pain...plus, it is relaxing after a hard day of work :)

Do any of you have any tips on how to give a really good neck or scalp massage? Any techniques you have found that work well?

Normally I just rub around as if I am shampooing his head.

Have you tried a chiropractor yet?
