I have been taking Flupenthixol [Fluanxol] for over 30 years and now have just found out that some of the health problems I have may be due to taking them for so long.Has anyone managed to come off Flupenthixol [Fluanxol] after using for a long time?

Hey Jean,
I have only been taking the drug for a few months. However my doseage went up to 8mg a day before I decided against the side effects and went back down to only 4mg per day.
What were your side effects?
Mine were a lack of feeling of emotion, and no sex drive. Also I had a constant streaming eyes and throat and dry skin on my face and ears. All of which seem to have cleared up after reducing my dosage.
