I've been having a horrid time with allergies, with sneezes in groups of 15-20 in quick succession, every 5 minutes. This has taken quite a toll on my body, and my neck and back are killing me. Would it be out of line to ask for a muscle relaxant to calm down the pain and whatnot? Advil and Tylenol aren't working.

I don't think it would be out of line to ask for something like that. Sneezing can be very painful! Especially when you do it alot! I know when my allergies are really bad, my stomach and back get real sore. Are ya taking anything for the sneezing? You might try Alieve for the pain. I have heard really good things about that. Hope your sneezing fits come to an end soon!

Thanks for the advice. Actually I went to the er last night and they think that I may have Whooping Cough that's presenting just a little differernly... they said that they had 'never seen anything like it.' and also gave me something for the muscle pain as well as a shot and more antibiotics.
