I have been reading about treating and reversing atherosclerosis with vitamin C, Lysine and Proline by Pauling and Rath in the 1990's.
Has anyone had any experience with this treatment?
How successful has it been?

Frank1,
My husband has a history of high cholesterol. I read about L-Proline, L-Lysine and Vitamin C a while back and started my husband on this combination probably 3 months or so ago. He has an appointment to have blood work done in 2 weeks, so it will be interesting to see if it has made a difference. He has a long history of angina also. He rarely takes his blood pressure medicine and quit taking cholesterol medicine completely. The cholesterol medicine makes him feel bad - muscle aches, etc. Will try to remember to let you know on this forum how his blood work turns out. His doctor seemed interested to see also...

Sapphire12112 thank you for your reply. Hope all goes well for your husband. Let me know in a couple of weeks.
I tried to buy L-Lysine and receved Lysine Hydrochloride. Can anyone tell me the difference and if it is suitable to use for the Pauling Therapy.
Thanks
