My feet and hands are hot :o, and my legs keep cramping up :eek: What is wrong with me I can find no info on the net.

Has this been like that all your life or it suddenly appeared in rececently?
My self personally, have very warm hands and feets. I sometimes found my self blowing my hands in a class room during a summer time because they get very warm. They get so warm that I feel pains..
My grand paw, aunt, uncle and cousins has this too, so I think it runs in my family.

It just started suddenly I usually have very cold hands AND feet.

Sounds like perhaps a circulation problem. If the blood supply is taken a way from your extremities, and then later rushed back in, it could feel hot. The body's defense mechanism is to keep the blood supply to the core in emergency's. It could be a lot of stress in your life, anxiety, or someone just cuts you off in traffic. I would start there.
