I think I might have overdosed on Dayquil. I'm having difficulty breathing...like slow breathing, my heart hurts, my hands are shaky, and I'm very restless.
I can't get to a poison control center.....someone tell me some self treatment that I could perform. Please

You need to go to the ER immediately. If there is no one to drive you, call an ambulance. Good luck! Please post later to let us know you are okay.

how much dayquil did you actually take?you do not have to actually 'go" to a poison control center,it is a phone call away.just look in the front of your phone book or if you feel really really badly,just call 911.hopefully you have already done this as i see you are no longer "on' but if youshould be just lying down or something and do get back on the boards,please seek some sort of help if you really do feel that you took too much dayquil.good luck,FB
