everytime i take a vitamin it seems to get stuck on the way down and it hurts for a few days, anyone know why this is happening and what i can do?

Have you tried eating something afterwards to push it down or drinking hot water to dissolve it if it's really stuck and doesn't just feel like it's stuck.

not sure, but it hurts when i swallow now. i just took a pepcid so maybe that will work.
