How does this work? What does it clean out?

There are different methods. The most popular is a squeeze bottle method. Nielmed makes a good one that is available at a lot of major drugstores. There is also the Grossan machine or the Grossan adapter tip you can use with a water pick machine.

Basically, you lean over the sink and put a saline solution in one nostril and it comes out the other. Lots of yucky gunk comes out with the water, and eventually after a few uses it clears you out. If you have allergies, it is suggested to use daily to help get the pollen out of your nose and sinuses to help prevent allergic reactions.

Thank you. I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with a sinus infection. I am taking amox.\clav. I hoping that it will clear me up soon. The tell, tell sign was when the doctor made me bend over and my head felt like it was going to explode.
