Hey, I'm an 18 year old male and I have phimosis. I wanna know how serious is this case? I can pee with ease and ejaculate too. I wanna know if it's deadly or not. And my most important question of all is? Can I have kids? Will I be able to have kids? I will try the stretching method beginning tonight to see if it works.

Thanks in advance

It's certainly not "deadly" and stretching will probably fix it. You don't describe how bad it is though so I can't comment further.

Well it do not pull back on it's on, in the flacid position I can pull it 1/2 to 3/4 way back but I'm not pulling it over the glan it might get stuck and when erected it doesnt roll back on it's own when I try pulling it I only can reach 1/4 or less... please help me out I have until the holiday season to fix this I know it's a long time but do you think I will heal w/out surgery? I dont wanna do it... And yeah you didn't answer the question about the kids, can I make kids with phimosis?

P.S: In both flacid and erected case I have to pull a lil hard but I dont pull too hard.

PLEASE PLEASE help me out and tell me it will be fixed

Did you read the sticky at the top, with instructions on how to fix phimosis easily? It has worked for many men, and is really well written.
You can certainly have kids, whether or not you have phimosis.

Yes I have read the sticky post about healing phimosis. DO you think it would work for me? I really need to fix it before the end of the year. I wanna do it without using the creams though, how long would you think it would heal.

Definitely not deadly but can be very problematic. Stretching works for a few, and some need to be circumcised. It's just based upon the severity.

It doesn't have to heal. That is the beauty of it. You won't be damaging it in the first place. It takes between 6 and 8 weeks for most people, if you do it every day, consistently

huh? What doesnt have to heal exactly? Hte streatching or the operation? I dont wanna do the operation I wanna strech

X-Driver always says he loves being circumcised, though like me he was done at birth and has not experienced having a foreskin. Tommy is saying that if you do the stretching it is usually quicker to become fully functional than if you had a circumcision, because you don't have to heal from the surgery.
We can't tell for sure if it will work in your case. Stretching works for most people who do it regularly and it has certainly worked for lots of guys whose tightness is at about your level. Give it a go and let us know your progress.
By the way what country are you in? It affects what sort of medical help you can get.

I suffered from Phimosis for a while, and stretching DOES help.

You are not guaranteed to need surgery; I need it, you probably will not. Just stretch using the techniques in the sticky, and I also recommend seeing a doctor. The creams make a big, big difference. Best of luck, hopefully you can go without surgery, I'm not so lucky.

I think it's working. All you need is to fall into a regular routine, and do it every day.
If you want it faster, do it a few times a day. Just don't do it too much at any one time. In no time at all, you will have discovered a whole new world. Good luck.

Yeah I think so too but I am a little confused. I try pulling back the skin in the flacid and the erected position, in the flacid I pull back it goes back sooth enuff and the skin goes over the "W" shape thing on the head but it's the front skin is the problem cuz th back is loose without any problem. Same in the erected state put I have to pull harder. And when I masturbate I dont know why I think it tightens up again. Why is the front tighter than the back?

Is the front, the part of the head facing your body when erect? If it is, I don't understand what you mean by the W shaped part. There is supposed to be a piece of skin on the underside, which goes from just under the pee hole, spreads out, and becomes one with the shaft skin. This is, on most, the most sensitive part of the penis, called the frenulum. Its job is to pull the foreskin over the head when the head is not being used, to protect it.

Well Ima try my best to explain, when I pull back the skin in the flacid position in pulls back and go over "the skin underthe pee hole" looks like this UU (2 u's stil togheter LOL) and the part of the head thats facing my body is where the skin is tighter from halfway of the head to the back I can pull I can say with ease becuz its the top thats stoping it from pulling back naturally. My question is can the stretching help the top to pull back as well? Cuz Im scared to try and pull it too hard and it might get stuckk. Im not a doctor but if the top part pulled back I would be normal since thats the only part that doesnt want to pull back, the back is pulling back with easy well I have to pull a lil cuz of the tightness in the top. Well I repeat LOL Is there a name for this? And will the stretching help it? And you said in about 8 weeks of stretching I should be fine?

Well I will try my best to explain, well up to now the stretching I thinkk is going fine. But I try everyday to pull back the foreskin to see how far I can pull it and I noticed that I can pull my foreskin back over "the skin under the pee hole" (LOL looks like this UU well 2 U's stick togheter, but at the top it's so tigh. Im no doctor but I think due to the tightness at the top I cant get a full retraction. You can say I can pull it back like 50% cuz of the top that I cant pull back. My question is is there a name for this or is it still phimosis? And will the strecthing help it? Because I know when the top isnt tight anymore Im good cuz the bottom pulls back fine, I have to pull a lil becuz of the tightness at the top. But will the stretching help me loosin the top?

Yes. If there was going to be trouble, it would more likely be on the underside, which you say is fine. If you can get your little fingers in the foreskin opening, try gently pulling them apart. Don't stretch when you are erect. Stretching when erect could increase your chances of getting the foreskin stuck, and not being able to get it back.
If this does happen, you need to squeeze the blood out of the head, and get the foreskin forward, before it can swell. If you are unable, get to the hospital quick. This is a medical emergency. It is also a very rare thing. If you are careful, and gentle, you won't have to worry about it. Don't force anything, and keep doing it often, and you'll be fine.

Well so far I think it's going fine, but sometimes when I masturbate I think it tightens but then stretching brings it back I can pull my skin in the flacid position 3/4 but still have to pull a bit and when erected I can pull halfway damn I hope the front part of the skin stretches quickly cause the back seems to be fine cuz I can bring the skin at the back and when I pull into normal position it goes back. Im scared to try pulling it all back in the flacid position but I think I should wait a bit so when I pull I dont have to pull with too much effort.

Hey well have some news, I am now able to pull the foreskin over the glans in the flacid position not tried it when erected as yet. I pulled it with no much trouble actually with ease, I'm happy now I can see my glans. One thing thou to the lower part of the glans I see some traces of white stuff is this what you call smegma? How do you clean it, does soap work? And could anyone give tips on how to get use to your glan just touching it with a towel feels so funny and sensitive I'm happy I can see my glans. I think I have to still strech becuz I dont have the natural glide as yet, end when erected the whole was 3millimeters now it's roughly 5 or 6.

tommy124

Yes, this is smegma. Washing it away with just water works fine. If you use soap, be careful to make it gentle soap (no deodorant soap, Lava, etc), and rinse thoroughly.
Soap can be a major cause of glans irritation.
On the sensitivity, it just takes time to get used to it. It will be much more comfortable in a month or so.
Congratulations on your progress.
