What kind of tests or procedues are usually done to determine whether you have heart problems? I've read about EKG, nuclear stress test, angiogram on here. Are those the only three? What exactly do they do on each of them? I always hate going to the doctor without knowing at least something.

Add echogram (frequent) and high resolution CT scan (infrequent), then there's the MRI-Calcium scan (not too informative) and the plain vanilla stress test...(if you can run without pain, you're ok type of thing<of limited usefulness>)
