Hi everyone,

I have been newly diagnosed with Addison's disease. I also have a spinal disorder and take Avinza, which is a long-acting morphine, for chronic pain. I noticed on the insert for Avinza that it cautions against use on Addison's patients. Neither my endo nor my pain mgmt doc have mentioned this, and I intend to follow up with both of them. However, I was wondering if any of you folks have heard of or experienced any problems with having Addison's and taking morphine?

im not sure if i had addisons somethings not right i have hashis and have been on opiates whats the symptoms i get heavy legs and heavy periods!! and theese strange shakey heart raceing attaks and it feels like im more aare in my senses hope you are ok and could you help me understand whats going on???? love from katxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxx :wave:
