i used to think that i had allergies because my nose and sinuses would always swell up, along with being stuffed up the tip of my nose seems to swell up pretty bad. i think its an increase in temperature that's causing it. Vasoconstrictors tend to remedy the swelling but have a whole different set of nasty side effects. Any ideas?

History:

-Nose cauterized at 16 for nose bleeds during wrestling.
-started getting weird small infections in tip of nose around 19 yrs old. same time i noticed changes in size of tip of nose
-adderall tends to keep swelling down
-colder temperatures (below 68 F tend) to also stop swelling

PLEASE HELP. I'M SICK OF HAVING A SWOLLEN NOSE.
