crippling shot

recently i stopped using my -laptop- so excessively...which is probably why my eyes are purple. I see slight recovery but they are still pretty black. I probably drink more water than the average person, and i probably spend an hour and a half each afternoon on my computer punctuated with 2 minute breaks when roughly every 45 minutes. theres plenty of light in the room, and the rest of my evening is probably doing homework or watching television. I look away very reguglarly and rest my eyes on a nearby tree (or desk). i've also tried my mums moisturiser on my eyes, but that is several years old so i doubt it would have any effect. Theres also the possibility of hayfever but I probably have a very mild case of it. And as the nights are so humid now I get to sleep pretty late.
any solutions/ideas? I've heard of the putting-a-spoon-on-my-eyes trick, but believe it or not i have no access to spoons..I'll try it tommorow with coins.
