I have experience low blood pressure while having heart palps. I'm not sure what it means though. My bp has gotten as low as 88/50something. I have hashimoto's thyroiditis. I would love to hear what anyone else would have to say about it.

It might even be the other way round. Pressure drops and CAUSES palps.

I can get them if I dehydrate after Lasix>>Hard Sweaty Wokout>>Long Stay in super hot Sauna. Obviously that's a regimen guaranteed to drop BP a lot.
