Hello everyone, I am trying to lose belly fat, like most people on this site. I was wondering if it is okay to workout twice a day.....morning and night? Also, is 30-45 minutes on the exercise bike after walking for 20 minutes sufficient enough to lose belly fat?
Thanks in advance to every response,
Measy

What kind of exercise are you doing? Just cardio? Do you do any strength training? Can you increase the intensities of your workouts? Walking is truly the bare minimum of exercise, but for most of us, to get the heart rate into the right "fat burning" range, you need a higher intensity than that. Have you addressed your diet?

I'm still trying to find a good workout to do. I never been the type of person that had to workout or diet until I had my baby. For now, I've tried doing aerobic exercises, running a little bit, doing 200 crunches three times a week, bicycling, and walking. I change my workout everyday because I am trying to figure out what is best workout for me because I get tired pretty quickly. I don't know how to diet. I use to have very bad eating habits before I had my baby. I just ate whatever I wanted but I ate like a bird, about 5 to 6 small meals a day. That's if I ate anything at all. Now, my eating habits have returned but I want to diet and be healthy. I don't know what are good eating habits and what is not anymore. If anyone has any exercise tips or diet tips please share your knowledge.
Thanks in advance to any replies,
Measy

You might try an exercise and diet program like Body for Life. It will help you to design your own workouts and teach you how to eat healthfully. It really is an excellent beginner's program that shows you How and Why. It's designed for health, but a lean, mean body is a nice side effect. :)
