Anyways im 16 athletic and at the age of 10 i was told i couldnt go 2 weeks without soda anytype of soda that is... so being so ambitious as myself and having alot of heart i took the deal and the 2 weeks was up and i didnt drink one soda... Well now its been almost 7 years without consuming one sip of anytype of soda... all i drink is water.. gatorade...milk etc. Before i ask my question i was wondering if this was a record... i dont even grave soda.. and one day they accidently gave me sprite instead of water and it tasted awful like it was burning my mouth!! I spit it out before swalloing.
So anyways i was wondering about a good workout schedule for me ... im
5'10 and 145 pounds scrawny in my lower arms but strong... also i was wanting to get abs and evathing so if you could give me a workout schedule i would apperciate it...Im very active and can run forever and every without getting tired... also i have a bench press and dumbells at my house.... so anything ansrews would help me... thank you for your time

I don't think that's a record. I haven't had a soda since the early 90's. :) Kids in Djibouti probably never have one. I feel the same way you do though. I can't stand the stuff now.

Yes i just go with the flow but yes i have knowledge about it... I just need a good workout plan to get abs and everything like posted
