i was wondering that when i'am lying on my bed & almost went to sleep or even after i sleep i sometimes think of very "DEEP" "DEEP" things , few of which if came true .. then that won't be so nice for me!! .. so everything we think during that is true? coz our brain is at its maximum power or even there our thinking and logic may just be a ..... aaaaaaa .... lets say "logical imagination?" ......
EDIT: ok , an update , "these deep thoughts may also appear when i'am not in such conditions!"

It was thought for a long time that the subconscious held a persons true desires, feelings, and identities, and this was held as the primary tool in treating such conditions like OCD. Especially back in the Sigmund Freud era, when hypnotherapy and psychoanalysis were used to treat OCD. However, these forms of treatment failed, with good reason. Personality is in the conscious!
Modern science is against these Freudian concepts and the subconscious theory. OCD has nothing to do with the subconscious... what and who you are and your REAL thoughts is very much in your conscious. I wouldnt pay too much attention to these deep thoughts, especially when you are tired or on the brink of falling asleep, or just woken up.
