For everyone who is frustrated I just want to say hang in there. For many im sure this is old news, but I recomend seeing a sleep specialist or neurologist. I saw one today at one of the best sleep disorder clinics in the country and it was so amazing how much they listened, the ideas they had, and treatment options for combatting fatigue. Most of what other doctors had been telling me was well intentioned, but incomplete or misinformed. It's so important to talk to someone who knows about sleep/wake in particular. The research is so new that many doctors just dont know too much about it. For a long time i was just being told it was med side effects or normal for my age (21)--but when something interferes with your life that much its not normal. I was so sick of people just thinking I was lazy. I still have to wait to see what the study results has to say, but it was nice to be taken so seriously for once and have the problem treated seriously. Good luck.

Sleep apnea will make you very tired. People with that condition get a CPAP machine which they say makes a huge difference.
