Always something. Latest angiograms show retinal cysts in both eyes. I found them alarming, they are all over the retina. Doctor didn't really explain other than to say they are caused by the diabetic retinopathy. I'm wondering whether they are treatable, if they are affecting my vision? etc. It was disheartening to see them in my "good eye" too.
Anyone have any ideas or info? I plan to ask the doctor but I don't see him for another two weeks or so. I have been looking for information, but nothing has explained it so far.
Doctor isn't very good about explaining it either. He usually just mentions it and says it's a part of diabetic retinopathy. I'm not sure whether he doesn't want me to get too down with bad news or he himself has given up on me. He did say that he doesn't know which way to go with me anymore.
