Right now I have so many problems coming at me at once. I cannot tell if these are all anxiety symptoms, or if there is something wrong with me that is causing A LOT to happen at once. My legs are numb and tingly, they also are kind of cramping. I go through severe waves of nausea, my stomach is making odd noises, I am getting chills in my face, then my back, and my head it tingling. I seriously thought I was gonna vomit in the bathroom a minute ago, or pass out I felt so jittery. Then it went away, but the feelings are coming back. I mean, I also had gas before and other stuff. I mean this is way too weird. I wasn't thinking anything in my head to cause this to come on, I was feeling great and boom this happens. I cannot tell what it is because there are so many things happening right now I cant pinpoint it...but my legs feel so weird! like crampy, yet numb, yet tingly. Almost like I need to strtch the bones but when I do it doesn't work!

Maybe you are coming down with an illness? And the symptoms are causing you to be anxious?

yeah my thoughts also, sounds like you may be comming down with something and this is causing anxiety.

I do hope you feel better soon.

I have definately had those similar symptoms and the fact that they come out of the clear blue is so frustrating! What is your caffeine intake because I find that caffeine can give you an extra edge when you are in the throws of panic and anxiety. When I get the itchy, achy muscle and joint thing, which for me can last for a few days at a time, I go out for a walk or a run if I can and tell myself that I am healthy because I can do this. I will put on headphones and listen to music and it fills my head and helps me not focus so much on what my mind is racing with. Also, drink plenty of water. When you are so finely tuned to your body and all its sensations, even the low level of mild dehydration can set off something in you becuase you are so keenly aware of how you feel all the time. Just think, someone without anxiety could have the same low level"pang" and ignore it and go about their day. People like us get some sensation and are immediately running with it and suffering as a result. Please be kind to yourself, and if you can, try to outsmart yourself by not giving in and doing something to prove to yourself you are actually ok, just freaked out. We are all great people who I believe are more sensitive to our bodies than the average person. Hang in there and good luck!!

this can all be caused by anxiety activating the fight or flighy response, if so some valium will help a lot
you wont pass out from anxiety, it just feels that you will
keep breathing deep and slow
