ive posted on a couple boards but had noluck yet. A couple months ago i started feeling really tired. ive never been one to worry about health and ive dealt with headaches for several years i had them checked out about 10 years ago and there apparently was no cause. Well 2 months ago the fatigue started i just felt like something was wrong. i then started worrying about stuff and took an hiv test twice which was negative. 3 weeks ago i started taking aleve to help with headaches they seemed to of given me some acid indigestion which scared me and i ended up in ER they did a chest xray and EKG and said my pinching feeling was not heart related. I stopped taking the aleve and felt alot better. Four days ago i started getting this lightheadedness feeling. not really dizzy but slightly. it hasnt gotten worse and it does not really affect my walking but its enough to make me feel uneasy. Yesterday i had some running around to do i decided to stop at rite aid and check my BP. BP was normal but my pulse was 143 i did have this nervous feeling about checking it which maybe why it was so high. i finished my running around came home and it was down to 112 and then gradually went down through the night and when i went to sleep i checked it and it was between 86 and 88. i woke up this morning came downstairs to check it and it was 106. lightheadedness is still there its the same hasnt gotten worse. i seem to fit in with all symptoms of anemia or could this be something else? im 28 years old.
