my girlfriend and i have been together for about 10 months. she smokes and knows it bothers me and i have never seen her smoke, ever. she has made mention of quitting a couple times, probably like any other smoker, but a couple days ago she asked me if i could help her quit. i don't really know what to do to help her, and am looking for some help there. additionally, she said she only smokes 2-3 cigarettes a day, and she smokes lights. this was a surprise to me, as i'm sure it is to you. one last thing i think is worth mentioning is that there are times when we are together for a couple days straight and she is in no hurry of getting rid of me. any and all advice is appreciated.
