Hi all,

I'm going to give condensed version of my situation. I been meeting with same health care provider for about a yr. During that time he changed my medication of klonapin to zanax. Now last month he changed ofc's and I was assigned to new provider. I met with her for medication management like other provider. When I asked for a refill of xanax she said it's not in the notes I am on that med. She said maybe I was confused of the meds I was on. Which mad me mad because I do know what medications i take.

Now the situation is I am out of medication. The pharmacy faxed over a request for the xanax and was denied because the have klonpin on file. Was told by providers ofc if i was out to goto ER?? What the heck??? I am not paying a er bill for my meds. It's my fault they'ref not uupdating there records of medication of their patients.

I feel being I am disabled they treated me unfairly "saying I was confused about my medications". I understand there ppl out there that are severely mentally ill and don't know what meds they are on. No disrespect. I however do know all medications I take!!!

Can I file a complaint againt this provider for not updating their medical records and insulting my intelligence??

Also wanted to note - I just took a drug test for a job that was a 10 screen drug panel and I know I would be positive for benzo's and without these knuckleheads at this ofc not keeping their records up to date that would interfere with my job.

if you can get klonapin be satisfied with that its the same type as xanax but needs to be taken less often
