Alright, so for the past 2 weeks my sinuses have been driving me nuts (more than normal). It seems that every time I take a deep breath, the air going through my nose can be felt in the back of my throat which results in severe dryness in my mouth and causes terribly painful sore throats. I am currently on injection therapy for my allergies and do not take any nasal sprays (those things will ruin your sinuses) - I just dont understand why my sinuses let the air go right to the back of my throat without any moisture. How do I fix this issue? Ive tried almost everything, but nothing seems to correct the problem. Its difficult to sleep at night due to the pain in the back of my throat from the dryness - any suggestions?
